login impossible

Hello,

When i try to login on my panel, i enter my IDs, but when i submit the form, my browser loads few seconds, then i arrive on the page "https://87.106.110.92:8443/smb/" on the browser display on error (it seems that there is a looping redirection...)
So i can't accesss to my panel and can't do anything

I have try the following things :
-Connexion with other browsers
-restart my server
-restart plesk
-Deleting my cookies
-Updating plesk
-enable or disable SSO
But nothing works.

Is there anybody who could help me to solve my problem please ?
It is very urgent for me...

Can you please let us know what error logs are you getting in your server logs file ?

i have this in /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log :
2013-10-17T08:27:38+02:00 ERR (3) [panel]: Unable to create or update the subscription: The PHP handler "module" is not registered. It was probably deleted from the server. Register a handler with the same properties and try again.

i have read this post : http://kb.parallels.com/fr/116801 but it doesn't help me because the solution explain to go in the panel to refresh the Plesk Components, but i can't...

Thank you for your answer. I think it may have helped me. But as i didn't find any answer about my problem, i have uninstalled and reinstalled my server. So it works now.
