Question Looking for recommendation On Server

What do you think would be the minimum specifications for a server that supports a Wordpress site with peaks of 20,000 visits / hour?
I found this servers spec below at a good deal what do u feel:

Xeon E5 2670 - 4 Cores CPU
Ram: 8GB
Storage: 100G - SSD H/W RAID - 1
Transfer: 10TB

They have some good server specs what do u feel about this specification.

I am think of buying from them: hyfservers.com

What do u think? I saw some other servers there also.
