Lots of spam

Hello i have plesk 10.4.4 running on are server with spamassesin only lots of spam comes true is there a better way to block the spam ?

I already heb set the spamassesin level to 5

A other question i want to buy MagicSpam on the Plesk website only the thing is it's unable to buy:

I already contact the reseller but the don't offer MagicSpam.

I think that you may just call to nearest Parallels office and receive clarifications from sales representative there.
