  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Mail account user is not able to manage its mail account settings

A mail account user is not able to manage its mail account settings (autoresponder etc.), only general pofile settings. The user role "Application user" is applied, user ist activated.
A second mail account user for test purposes with same settings does not have this problem.
Plesk Repair Tool (backend) does not find any problems.

Using Plesk since 9.5, this is the first time I see a problem like this. I didn´t find any applicable Knowledge Base articles.
 
Is the option "Can be used to login to Plesk" check for the mailbox?

If it's already checked, you could try to uncheck it (save it) and re check the option again. See if it helps.
