Mail Enable - Mail Group/Redirection to multiple addresses?

I am trying to create a mail alias which redirects to mulitple people..

for example..

support@domain.com

should redirect to:

name1@differentdomain.com
name2@anotherdomain.com

I tried using the mail group, but when I sent mail to the alias, it does not forward to the people on the list? What am I doing wrong?
