This is my first post here, so I hope I can get a fix.
I bought a license of plesk thinking the support would be great. But it wasn't I opened several and I really mean several tickets regarding mail issues. I spent hours on the phone and staying hold. I had no successful response. So i decided not to renew the following month and just trying to fix the problem myself and searching for solutions. However, that didnt work out to good.
The problems that I am having is that some emails wont send or recieve, I had fixed an inital problem which was; that no emails would send or receive, but I had changed my mail component to Qmail, which worked, but it sent and received emails to my @iCloud.com email address but didnt send emails to my @HazCorp.org.uk email address (domain hosted on a iPage Hosting account)
One of the main issues that is currently bothering me seriously is a PHP Mail() issue. Email forms and contacts form on any of the websites hosted on my server are not being received.
I used a PHP Mail() function test script which I found from here: http://forum.parallels.com/showthre...on-not-working&p=273033&viewfull=1#post273033
I had submitted it here: http://www.hazserver.co.uk/sendmail.php and it says the email was successfully sent. Which is really confusing.
Some of the errors that i can see in the maillogs are "Internal Error. Unable to parse email address" and "Unable to get sender-domain handlers from the database" and something which states "./Maildir:_No_such_file_or_directory/"
Please can someone help me, it would mean a lot to me. I really don't want to fish out $30+ for another month which I wouldn't get back because I wont be able to sell hosting space with this major error and probably not even get a fix.
