  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue Mail forwarding loop - don't understand why

Heppi75

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

I have a problem with a mailbox that respond with mail forwarding loop like this:

Code:
postfix/pipe[14005]: A91FE647CD: to=<mailbox@mydomain.com>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.28, delays=0.27/0/0/0.01, dsn=5.4.6, status=bounced (mail forwarding loop for mailbox@mydomain.com)

The setup in plesk is the following:

mailbox@mydomain.com = Regular Mailbox

info@mydomain2.com (2nd alias office) = Alias Domain for mydomain.com, Both aliases forwarded to mailbox@mydomain.com

That setup results in an mail delivery message to the user that sends a mail to info or office@mydomain2.com?
What is wrong in this setup, can't see why this should be a forwarding loop?

Hope somone could help me, thank you.
