PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

A customer wanted his httpd logs daily delivered to him.
I enabled it from the plesk interface (hosting's `Logs` option) but the user still is not receiving the logs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Go into the domain management page, click on Logs
Go into Log Rotation
select daily, compress log files, entered valid email in " After Plesk retrieves data from log files of web and FTP servers, email the log files to this address" box

ACTUAL RESULT

No email.
