• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their

I asked to support, and them answer me this:

he message is poorly worded. Please ensure that the following items are set:
1. The SMTP banner/helo is set to a non-generic hostname
2. The reverse DNS is set and matches the SMTP banner/HELO
3. SPF and DKIM records are set.

Your email should then reach MSN/gmail destinations.

But I am a beginner in plesk panel.

Somebody can help me?

Thanks.

It does not matter what your configuration is. Your server or an IP range that your server is in was blacklisted by Microsoft. This happens rather frequently, and it sure happens when your server is sending spam. When you are sure that your server is not sending spam, you can request a delisting of your server's IP:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...productkey=edfsmsbl3&ccsid=635648144919316674

Here you can check whether your server is on other blacklists: http://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/
