  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Resolved Mail sending issues end in spam

Hi,

Could you post here mail headers? Did you check spam lists for server' IP-address?

GMail and Hotmail don't say how they check mail for spam but it is not only PTR-record.

Hi, thanks here is header

You didn't use IPv6 for communication with google, only IPv4. So, I think not but now it's only my opinion. Google say nothing about spam-detection algorithms.

Hi DaniloStock93,

... and the error is correct for "eldashop.com":
Code:
Connected to server
220 tenudashop.com ESMTP Postfix
250-tenudashop.com
250-PIPELINING
250-SIZE 10240000
250-ETRN
250-STARTTLS
250-AUTH DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5 PLAIN LOGIN
250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
250-8BITMIME
250 DSN

Consider to change the mail - server setting at "HOME > Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings" and change the "Outgoing mail mode" to
Send from domain IP addresses and use domain names in SMTP greeting

Afterwards, pls. test again and consider to add to your SPF - entry the current hostname "tenudashop.com":

Example:
Code:
v=spf1 +a +mx +a:eldashop.com include:tenudashop.com +ip4:188.213.166.83 ?all

Hi, I'm still mistaken SMTP Valid Hostname
PTR-record mapped only to one hostname. If you have few mail domains on one IP-address - it's normal

# nslookup eldashop.com
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: eldashop.com
Address: 188.213.166.83

# nslookup tenudashop.com
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: tenudashop.com
Address: 188.213.166.83

...but...

# nslookup 188.213.166.83
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
83.166.213.188.in-addr.arpa name = tenudashop.com.

Hi DaniloStock93,

you now recently changed your hostname to "mail.tenudashop.com", but didn't change the corresponding SPF - entry for "eldashop.com":
Code:
v=spf1 +a +mx +a:eldashop.com include:tenudashop.com +ip4:188.213.166.83 ?all
to
Code:
v=spf1 +a +mx +a:eldashop.com include:mail.tenudashop.com +ip4:188.213.166.83 ?all
Pls. note, that there can be only ONE reverse entry for your IP, which is currently "tenudashop.com".

... and the reverse of your ( first ) IPv4, should always MATCH the entry of your "/etc/hostname" - file on your server. ;)
Pls. check as well your "/etc/hosts" - file on your server, so that ( possible ) additional IPs can be setup as well:
Example:
Code:
188.213.166.83 mail.tenudashop.com mail
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX SUBdomain.YOUR-DOMAIN.COM SUBdomain
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX SUBdomain.YOUR-DOMAIN.COM SUBdomain

The reverse entry of your IP can only be changed at the Control Panel from your IP - provider ( in most cases, the provider where you rented the server from! ) :)

I solved the hostname issue, but now I'm out of SMTP Banner Check Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
