Mail stats not working in windows 2008

Hi I,

I am attaching screen shot which is show you in plesk > Mail Tab > Mail stat snot working from starting time only in Plesk 10.4.4 ( Windows )

Please check and provide an solution for that.

Try to recalculate statistics with command

statistics.exe --mailbox-usage --process-domains=example.com

Also I got this error in Eventvewr:

IgorG, thanks for your reply, but I don't think that, the issue with mail enable as the mail enable stats are showing fine within the mail enable software itself.. So the issue is that, the mail box stats is not populating with plesk.. So please provide a current replay instead of simply pasting some another forums link...

Did you try at least run the MEInstaller (Start->Run->MEinstaller.exe) and select the option to reset the registry permissions?

So this is a common issue with plesk 10.4x on 2008 platform. we need to sort it out ASAP!

Reinstall MU

I've installed MU26 and mail stats are still not working. During installation I see the following error in event viewer.

Unable to cancel all process threads!
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\plesksrv.exe

Today when I get email for Daily Parallels Panel Scheduler notification there is following output which I don't know what does it mean.

Did you perform upgrade ME to 6.5 version?

Also you can try to remove all C:\a09742716f919c943a6b724dbf3a8976\parallels\PANEL-WIN_10.4.4\*.inf3 files and try to install MU again.

We have license of ME Pro V5 and latest 5.53 installed on our server.

I've removed C:\a09742716f919c943a6b724dbf3a8976\parallels\PANE L-WIN_10.4.4\*.inf3 files but nothing happened. When I go to Add/Remove component page those files created again.

I have the same problem in windows server 2008, never worked the statistics. Does not work after the upgrade.
