  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Mail User can see all User

Hello every one,

I have more and more issues with Plesk 10.0.

Following: I have mail user on my server, which are only using the mail service. They can access webmail over RoundCube webmail, which is on a subdomain of my server. If the user wants to change his password, he is able to see all other User of all domains of the customer.

The user can access Horde and change his password there, but thats not the perfect solution. Why can not I set up the user in Plesk, so that he can just change his password and thats it? Like it used to be in the good old times with Plesk <10

Under User Role the mail user is not allowed to manage "Manage users and roles", but still gets that point in his control panel.

Thanks for your help

Felix

The problem is still not solved for me. Can anyone help me?

When a mail user is accessing the control panel he is able to see all other user on plesk, even though he has no rights for that. That is not acceptable for me.

Thank you!

Felix
