When Plesk is going incorporated Mailbox Full Notifications feature?

Does any one has working scritp for Plesk 12.5 (CentOS) running with Postfix

I have already voted there and this request is pending from last 3 years. Most of the control panel has this feature including Cpanel
for common feature why someone has to vote for it ?

I am using cpanel for many servers and this feature is very useful.
