MailEnable 3.0 AND Plesk 8.2 problem!

Hello
I have Mailenable professional ver. 2 and I ugprade to versione 3.0. After installation I have problem with outbound email.

All email have "unsent status" in the outbound queque and if I creare a new domain with plesk i have a smtp error.
Plesk don't can send a welcome message to port 25 (error).

But If i try whith

telnet mail.mydomain.com 25

I have a MailEnable welcome messages.... why?

I think there are a relay problem....
 
Have you MacAffey installed?
If so , just set allow SMTP

I disabled antivirus/antispam solution but the problem is the same. I resolve with a change to Mailenable SMTP service. I change the permission from IME ADMIN to Local System and all email are sending....
