  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue MailEnable Outbound Post Office Queue extremely slow

Storm_

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

On our MailEnable server, our outbound post office queue is showing that it's got 3,267 mails in the queue and has last polled 6,942 seconds ago.

It will eventually update the polling time and reset and would have worked through a bunch of mails in the queue so it's definitely working but it's EXTREMELY slow.

All other queue's like SMTP etc are really fast and they chug away and if we telnet to the server it's very responsive.

What also surprises me is that the System Over says it's received 3,953 mails in total since it's last restart, how then can the "current POC queue" be nearly as much as the total it's done since it's last restart?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
