I hope that you could help me, i tring to enter to the panel and i am getting this error:

ERROR: Call to undefined function plesk_preprocess_query() (db.php:38)

i entered to the log file %plesk_dir%admin\\logs\\plesklog_debug20170322.log

and i saw this lines:

Looks like that upgrade procedure was not correctly completed.
Rerun the upgrade process by running the following command:

# plesk installer --console

i know that the problem is from "Plesk SQL server"
this is the error that i am getting at the main page:
