I have problem with my plesk 8.2 on windows 2003 and mail enabled 1.983

in this situation, every should check ISAPI filters on server,
what are trying to be loaded and what loaded,etc.
most probably the problem is in filters.
if some filters are not loaded, they can be removed.

i am trying to colve a problem where a maibox suddenly stopped login in

nothing specific in plesk admin logs,
however horde shows :
FAILED LOGIN x.x.x.x to localhost:110[pop3/notls] as a@a.com

- probably it's true that it is impossible to connect, try to check with telnet on 110 port;
- try to run mchk.exe utility in %plesk_bin% folder;
- check permissions with help of Reconfigurator;
- apply 8.2.0.1 patch;

are there any known issues if anything will break off , any custom permssions being lost , mail configuration etc...
