  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Memory question

somewhat

New Pleskian
I'm running Plesk 10.2 (psa v10.2.0_build1011110331.11 os_Ubuntu 10.04) on a vitalized dedicated server. The server has 8Gb of RAM, but in the Plesk panel I'm getting:

Real memory usage 74.3% used (1.42 GB of 1.92 GB)
Swap usage 0% used (0 B of 5.61 GB)

When I enter free -t -m in the terminal I get:

total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 5840 5359 481 0 811 2924
-/+ buffers/cache: 1623 4216
Swap: 5747 0 5747
Total: 11588 5359 6229

Why is only 1.92Gb showing up in Plesk? Have I set up something wrong or am I misinterpreting it?
Any advise appreciated!!

Is it Virtuozzo Container? Actually it is not Plesk issue but it is related to speciality of memory allocation in virtual environments.

I'm not sure, I'll have to check. How much memory should be showing up in Plesk though? Should all 8Gb be showing if I've set it up correctly?
Thank
