  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

A customer (mail server under plesk 12) doesn't receive email from sender.
Sender receive message error :
"Message successfully relayed to a system that does not support receipts"

Do you know what's the problem?

Hi ErwanG,

this is NOT an error, or a warning. This indicates, that the mail reached a primary transport host and the mail should be delivered to the mailbox over another relay host, which doesn't answer with a positive delivery confirmation. If the mail will not be delivered successfully to the desired mailbox, you will get another message ( nondelivery notification ) from the remote host.
