  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Migrate a domain from Plesk 8 with settings to automatically resolve configuration conflicts.

ACTUAL RESULT

Domain is migrated successfully and previous unactivated auto-responders are activated in the destination Plesk.

EXPECTED RESULT

Migration should not enable disabled features.

I also can confirm this bug when migrating a domain from Plesk 9 to 10, so it doesn't depend on plesk version.

Thank you for report. I have forwarded it to developers for the further investigation. I will inform you with results as soon as I receive it.
 
I have checked and found that it is known issue fixed in 10.1 Plesk version which will be released soon.
