  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migrate site/domain to new Plesk site

FabrizioR

Basic Pleskian
Dears all,

I have to solve a blocking issue.
I have to transfer Plesk from old hosting company to new hosting company.
Plesk, on the new server is already installed and configured.
The real BIG problem is on the old server, I can't use Plesk because it's broken and this means I can't use Migration Tool too.
I exported all databases with mysqldump from old server and imported into the new - OK
I copied the files under /var/www/vhosts from old server to new
The dns setting are ok.

Problem: if i try to view www.sitea.com I see the Plesk page :(

Could someone please help me?

Thank you very much!

It is because of webserver configurations have not been created.
Try to do it with websrvmng --reconfigure-all

Ciao Igor,

as usual, thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately "websrvmng --reconfigure-all" does not solve the issue.
I see the CentOS's Apache default webpage.

Thank you.

Plesk because it's broken and this means I can't use Migration Tool too
Maybe it would be easily to fix this broken Plesk and perform migration with Plesk Migration Manager?
