Migration 11.5 to 12.0.18 No Tab Mail

Hi igor & Plesk team,
Since upgrading to 12.0.18 i have picked up a strange problem when creating a new email account.

The Mail tab is not displayed and does not allow me to create email accounts, in version 11.5 I also appeared tab. I have reviewed the FAQ and the solution to change tables in the DB does not serve 11.5 (I understand that by varying the field names and values ​​in 12.0.18).

Can you help me please.

How many 'Mailboxes' resource is allowed in this subscription? Have you checked mail management related permissions in subscription?

I have no limit mail boxes for this domain.

I have "Habilitar funciones de gestión de correo en Plesk" mail chequed ok.

Do you have this issue only for migrated subscriptions or for newly created too?

the newly subscriptions present this inconvenient also. New & Previus subscriptions.

Check Server-Wide Mail Settings. What is "Installed mail server" there?

Yes Igor,
I have on Server/Domains mail setting:

Servidor de correo instalado: QMail (Puede instalar y usar otro servidor de correo).
Servidor POP3/IMAP instalado Courier-IMAP (Puede instalar y utilizar otro servidor IMAP/POP3).

Check: Habilitar envío de mensajes

I understand that by PSA DB register, on 11.5 (Other VPS) i solve with kb DB Insert to configure mail but don´t on 12.0.18.

mysql> use psa;
Reading table information for completion of table and column names
You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A

Database changed

mysql> select d.name, ds.* from DomainServices ds inner join domains d on ds.dom_id = d.id where type = 'mail';
Empty set (0.00 sec)
