Migration Error

I tryed to migrate my plesk from my old server to new one but it always return fatal error on %47
i tryed it on plesk 10.0.1 and 9.5.3 both of the clients gave the same error how should i resolve it

But i think i see the error , my other server has a lisence but this new server not. We are just trying what if it works or not with all this sites simulating. Then we will activate the server. But this is not good to need a lisence file "if i am right" for migration. Is there any way to make brand new plesk trial for a limited time

No luck i got 15 day trial lisence from plesk for 10.x and i tryed to migrate from my 9.5.3 but it could only migrate domains one by one in other conditions it returns error. I also try to copy /var/lib/psa/dumps folder to new server but it did not copied huger backups then 5 Gb and also did not recognized copied files. Then i try to reinstall plesk 9.5.3 and tryed migrtation again this time it returned error 9 for migration and did not get any file from the other server.
Do you have any suggestion i have 32 clients and 54 domains.It only migrates one by one . Backup files so huge and one last thing one by one migrated sites also not working because it gets dbs wrong and not get some files like htaccess
