  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

New Server: PLESK, 11.3.1, Debian 6, 64
Old Server: PLESK, (broken, last stable 11.2.0), Debian 5, 32

Yesterday we ran into trouble after updating plesk from 11.2.0 tot 11.3.1, we decided to try and rollback manually, but all we did was make things worse to a point we decided to quit trying to fix the broken installation and restart from scratch on a new server.

On the 'old' server plesk is 'broken', however apache / php / mysql are still running so websites are online.

On the new server we've installed Debian 6 squeeze on a 64-bit architecture. Plesk 11.3.1 has been installed and is running smooth.

However Migration Manager only migrates websites with no hosting. (error log shown below)
