  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration fails without log file

Hi

I'm trying to migrate between two servers, from 11.0.9 to 11.5.

At first I got a failure with an error on log, stating a problem with an app on a certain domain. I have now removed this domain from the source panel, but the migration keeps telling "failed" and the log is just an empty file. The "elapsed time" keeps counting after hours.

What can I do to find out the problem and finalize this migration?

Thanks!

Walter

I found the logs as you suggested: it says

<message severity="info" code="resolver">
<description>Unable to find a backup file with the data for the domain . The data for the domain will not be restored.</description>
</message>

but this is not helping since the domain is not listed.
