  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration From Plesk 9.3.0 to 11.0.9

New Pleskian
Hi,

We have watched the video tutorial and followed all the steps in it to migrate data from source server running 9.3.0 to destination server running 11.0.9. We get to the final steps where we make the ip# assignment and the migration starts but the Agent crashes on the 9.3.0 Source server.

We also then tried to backup 1 domain on 9.3.0 and upload the xml.zip file to the destination server and then click on migration then bubble choice "Transfer data already processed by the Migration & Transfer Agent and located on the local host"

This yielded the error below.

Error: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\PMM\rsessions\20121116112555395\info.xml:1:2: not well-formed (invalid token)

What is the best practice to transfer the domains from 9.3.0 to 11.0.9 on new server.

Thank You,

Eric
