  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Migration is VERY VERY and VERY SLOW

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

I need migrate 300 domains from Windows Plesk 10.4.4 to Windows Plesk 11.0.9, but the migration tool is VERY SLOW, the impression i have is the Windows plesk developers never used their system on production servers or with servers with 100 or more domains, because this tools is totally inapropriated to use for this.

My question is: How to speed up this migration ?

1 domain with 100MB takes a one hour to transfer to another server and complete with errors.

Thank you very much guys.

Hi Igor,

you solution works, BUT i need a tool to migrate each domain per time,

I see the migration of all configuration, content except mail works fine, how to transfer mail manual ?

Any tip ?

Backup only mail content then restore it on new server.
