• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Migration & Transfer Manager > Transfer Pre-Check

Neil

New Pleskian
I'm a novice when it comes to Plesk. I'm trying to transfer from an old CentOS 6 to a CentOS 7. During Migration I get 3 error messages on the Transfer Pre-Check. Can anyone offer advice on how to install these? I've scoured the web with no luck.

The following Apache modules are not installed on the destination server: python,authn_default,authz_default. Please install and enable these modules to prevent possible problems.

The component mod_python is not installed on the destination server. mod_python will be unavailable for all restored objects. Please install mod_python. Note that this may take a few minutes. 22 domain(s) will be affected. Install the component
***I clicked Install the Component", went through the process and Plesk said it installed properly (I even get an email), but it does not drop off the list. I don't think it's installing. Is there another way?

The component asp is not installed on the destination server. asp will be unavailable for all restored objects. Please install asp. Note that this may take a few minutes. 2 domain(s) will be affected. Install the component
***Just like the second error, I clicked Install the Component", went through the process and Plesk said it installed properly (I even get an email), but it does not drop off the list. I don't think it's installing. Is there another way?

Thanks in advance for any advice! I really appreciate it.

Neil

Make sure that these modules are enabled in Tools&Settings -> Apache Web Server on destination server.
