MigrationManager: "launchpad error (Error code = 2):"

Hello after execute a migration i get a error like

ERROR: launchpad error (Error code = 2):
== STDERR ====================
Invalid handle passed
==============================

When i try a backup via console, i get an error to :-(

Runtime error: Undefined subroutine &XmlNode::resetCompatibilityProcs called at /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup line 590.

any one can help?

What happens when you run the auto-installer from ssh ?? the command /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller
