• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Missing MySQL users after using Plesk Migration Tool

samurai-kake

New Pleskian
Hi, anyone know how to solve this? I'm missing a few MySQL users after using the Plesk Migration tool to migrate from an old server to a new server. Both using Plesk.

I see all the databases migrated to new server, but not all the users.

Thanks!

Hello! Were there any errors or warnings reported by migrator(see Details link opposite migrated subscription)?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Seems like the reason was that these DB users were created through MySQL and not managed by Plesk. That's why when migrated, they did not move over when using Plesk migration tool
