Issue Missing Plesk\ActionLog\Binding\PanelAuth class

I'm constantly getting this error:

Happened overnight, probably after automatic update to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.23 Update #2.

I tried self repairs, and reinstalling the patch, nothing helped. Any ideas?
