Mistery on Plesk

Hello fellas,
we have an vps with plesk 12, and just one client (domain) hosted.

what happen is, website goes offline.
when i access Plesk, didnt see the domain subscription but inside of vhost he is there.
if i try to add this domain by plesk i got, "This domain already exist" but he not apears on panel and not resolve on dns.

i had tryed remove domain folders into vhosts and create again into plesk... same issue. "This domain already exist".

i dont know what to do.
my plesk access is root (admin)

Try running this command in a command prompt:

"%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --reconfigure-web-site -web-site-name example.com

If that doesn't work, open IIS and manually delete your domain from there, you should then be able to attempt to readd the domain through plesk

Hi,
there is another place to remove?

i delete into iis and vhosts
restart the entire server

still getting "domain already exist"
