  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

mod_rewrite Apache module for WordPress

MzaNike

Basic Pleskian
Hello eveybody.

Wordpress expects:
PHP 5.2.4 or greater
MySQL 5.0 or greater
The mod_rewrite Apache module

I am currently installing PHP 5.4 based on this documentation (Hopefully it works)
My SQL is given by default in Plesk 9.5.4
But what do I do with the mod_rewrite Apache module?

I would appreciate any suggestion on how to enable this.

Thanks
Michae

PS: I haven´t updated to 10.x, because no hMailserver support :-(
