  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Move from version 11 to version 12 to another host?

Hello,

I'd like to move all my current Plesk (version 11) to a new linux box, with a fresh OS and Plesk 12.
I guess I could install the new Pleas 12 and then migrate, but I'd like to know if there is another way, like backing up and then restoring the while server.
What method is the better?

Any comment will be truly appreciated.
