Issue MYSQL server in is not working

MYSQL server is not working. Some customers that use mysql are reporting access denied.

Have you tried to restart MySQL server? Any error messages when you restart it?

i havent tried to restart mysql but gave server a reboot but to no avail.

I would suggest you contact Plesk Support Team for investigation and fixing this issue directly on your server.

Issue resolved. turned off Modsecurity and restarted mysql.
Its working now.
