I need some Help for the Installation OTRS 3 on Plesk11
At the moment a i add a new Domain and uploadet all on httpdocs.
I have set $Self->{Home} = '/var/www/vhosts/ticketsystem.de/httpdocs';

Did you manage to install OTRS 3 on Plesk 11? I am stuck with getting it to work...
Anybody knows a tutorial on it?
