  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

11.5.30 Update #23, last updated at Nov 19, 2013 04:59 AM

Hi, I have the same pbs on a VPS (CentOS 6.5) with Plesk 11.5.30 Update #32... Does anyone have an idea of an easy way to fix it ? I can't wait for a fix from Parallels as this bug is here since more than 6 months...
Best regards
Camille

More than 1 year after the first post, this issue still happens in one of my containers (only one of them) using latest plesk 12 version and we still need to restart httpd.
Shame on you, plesk team

Only solution (still used on my servers) is the one reported by @MeriturvaM: add the 2 lines below at the end of the /etc/rc.local file to prevent apache displaying the default page and force a reload of the http daemon after 10s on startup.

sleep 10
/etc/init.d/httpd restart
