Issue NetworkManager and Plesk Email Security: How to deal with conflating/ambiguous demands?

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
Alma Linux 9.7
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.75
We have Plesk Email Security, which has started to state in the Email Deliverability page:

DNS caching is disabled! Please use a local DNS server to improve SPAM recognition via blocklists (for instance with Plesk's DNS BIND server component or systemd-resolved). Tutorial for the DNS BIND server [popup Link]

We have Bind DNS on AlmaLinux 9.7 and so am following the instructions that are set out on the link:

But, our /etc/resolv.conf contains the following:

I do not recognise these IP as presented so am unclear how to proceed or even if these IP are relevant. We don't believe we have email issues at present.
(I am also unfamiliar with the "search co.uk" line )

What's the best way of moving forward with this? Can the Plesk Email Security Documentation be updated.

Hi, @MHC_1 . You need to add the line ontop of all other lines in the file. However, I believe NetworkManager will most likely override resolv.conf. If that happens, you may try the following workaround.

The IP addresses and co.uk likely originate from the DHCP configuration.

Thank you. This guidance should be added to the original Plesk instructions so others like me don't need to ask this question!
