• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

new awstats version in 10.4.4 #13

Daniel H

Basic Pleskian
Today I've seen, that Awstats have a new Version - 7.0.

Is it possible to write this things in Changelog ??? (i have a little server and running autoupdate)

The AWStats update is not mentioned in the changelog for 10.4.4 MU#13 though: http://kb.parallels.com/en/113187

And why are new versions of packages introduced in micro updates? Please don't do this. I expect micro updates to fix bugs, not introduce new versions of packages with lots of possible new bugs.

Support of new version of Awstats is not related to MU. I do not understand why you associate these two things?

Maybe MU#13 and the new AWStats package are separate technically, but when I run the autoinstaller to update from Plesk 10.4.4 MU#12 to MU#13 AWStats 7.0 comes along. I would have expected at least an update to 10.4.5 for that.
