• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question New SSL Certificate Not an Option on Domain

Toxalot

Basic Pleskian
Currently running Plesk 12.0.18 on Centos 6.7

I purchased a wildcard SSL certificate and uploaded it to the main SSL certificates section. The list shows the self-signed certificate used to secure Plesk and the new purchased one.

I went to IP addresses and set the dedicated IP address I use for my test site to use the new certificate.

When I go to Websites & Domains > Hosting Settings in the domain control panel for my test site, I only see the self-signed certificate in the SSL drop down box. Why does the new certificate not show as an option?

I just realized that the site does seem to be secured and using the correct certificate. I guess setting it in IP Addresses is enough. I'm still curious as to why the SSL drop down in the hosting settings only shows one of the certificates.
