Issue New User can't login

Hello,

i have create a Domain with a new User.
But when i wan't to login with this User, he says wrong Nick or passwort...
I also can't login to FTP.

I deleted the old one and create another one... Same...
I copied the password and tested... Nothing...

I also did an Reboot of the Server and an Update from Plesk (18.0.26).

I don't know, what else can i do

idk why my last post was deleted...

But i have a problem...

When i create a new Domain with a new User,
this user can not login.
Password is double checked and i have also make a reboot.

What else can i do?


PS. Before deleting this post, tell me please what have i done wrong?
