  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved No access to Sever Plesk onyx upgrades

Muhammad Ali

New Pleskian
hi!
I was trying to update Plesk Web Admin Editor in to Plesk Onyx. After getting Upgrades i have not access to my vps server. Any one know what is the issue ?

Regards,

What sort of access to your VPS do you mean? ssh or Plesk admin interface or what?

How can i check error-log with ssh?
With usual Linux command less, for example.
BTW, looks like port 8443 is firewalled on your server:

# nmap -p 8443 4sharesite.com

Starting Nmap 6.40 ( Nmap: the Network Mapper - Free Security Scanner ) at 2018-03-19 05:01 UTC
Nmap scan report for 4sharesite.com (37.59.99.38)
Host is up (0.085s latency).
rDNS record for 37.59.99.38: 38.ip-37-59-99.eu
PORT STATE SERVICE
8443/tcp filtered https-alt

Try to disable firewall temporary and check access.
