I have a clean install off plesk linux 11 up-to-date with power pack addon on a centos 6.3 box.
I see this warn from tomcat in httpd/error_log:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

It is just warning but not error. How it is affect your Plesk operation?

Okay, at my Installation the Apache-config Directory is "/etc/apache2/" and not "/etc/httpd/" wich makes no difference in General. I had this Problem as well and added a file "/etc/apache2/conf.d/tomcat.conf" with the Content:

<IfModule mod_jk.c>
JkShmFile /var/log/apache2/jk-runtime-status
</IfModule>

Adjust this to your Need and after that restart Apache.

Thank you for your help, this issue is resolved.
But now I am facing another issue :
[Tue Aug 06 14:26:14 2013] [notice] SELinux policy enabled; httpd running as context unconfined_u:system_r:httpd_t:s0
[Tue Aug 06 14:26:14 2013] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper: /usr/sbin/suexec)

If I keep "SSLEngine off" then I am able to start httpd And if make it "SSLEngine on" then it gives me above error

Please help
