  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

No Update to 11.5.29 possible (Debian 6)

Hello Forum,

I noticed that Parallels offers me an update to 11.5.29 via the control panel, but when I follow the link "Install Now" to the Install and Update Panel, It won´t offers me that update. It is the same problem, when using the autoinstaller package on the command line. I am using debian 6 x64. Does anyone expierence similar problems?

Are you getting any error while updating the Plesk through command line ? Try to upgrade your Plesk again and let us know

Hi InderS,

thanks for your answer. Maybe I just did not described it very well: I am loggin into Plesk, than I got a offer for 11.5. I follow the Install Now link, which lead me to the Update Panel under 8447, but there is only 11.09 listed, but not the version which was promised by the panel overview, after login. Also the autoinstaller does not list any updates.

I had the same issue with the Panel offering me 11.5.29 (although my settings were set to general release) and I could fix the issue by changing my update policy to some different value (e.g. late-adopter), save the settings, change back to general release and then save again.
After that I don't have the update notification for 11.5.29 in the admin panel anymore, which should be correct for my case as 11.5.29 is not yet a general release I belive...

Hopefully this helps anybody and that it does not occur again in a while.
