  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Opening backup

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

When opening a .psa backup in Plesk restore and then clicking on "Show backup file info" or "next", I get the following error:

Unable to find dom_param with m_param = 'log_rotation' and m_val = '6'

Already tried Plesk reconfigurator with running a check on the psa database.

Also tested a few other backups, al the same error.

Does anyone know how to solve this ?

Solved.

Found in the log_rotation table, from the PSA database, an entry: NULL.
Removed NULL and filled in a number.

After that I made a new backup, and now it's opening correct in Plesk Restore.
