  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Check that this module is enabled in Home>Tools & Settings>Apache Web Server Settings and you have enabled "Hosting performance settings management" permission in subscription settings.

I set all the permissions. In Subscriptions the domain I set unlimited but the option is not visible. :(

EDIT::
Why the 2 apache modules are different? The 2 apache modules are with Plesk 11.5.30.

I tried. All permissions are enabled, but the option is not visible. I not understand why in the server of the my friend without all those permissions enable the option is visible.

Bandwidth Limiting option will be available if you disable nginx: Tools & Settings -> Services management -> stop nginx
