• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

@Parallels: Translation Error

nucknuck

Basic Pleskian
Hello,

just a quick information for you. I found an error within the german translation.
(Plesk 10.1.1 / Debian 5 - 64bit - updated today)

When I log into one of my normal user accounts to manage my website I can setup a new database.
The second step would be to create a new user.

I see a small head with a + sign. This function shows the text "Neue Datenbank hinzufügen" (add new database)
But it should be "Neuen Datenbankbenutzer hinzufügen" (add new database user).
The tooltip at mouse over is translated ok.

People who doesn´t know the panel and the steps that must be done will still have problems at this step.

Thx for reading!

Thank you for report. I have forwarded it to developers. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Just got aware of this translation error due to a customer who's not familiar with Plesk's database installation steps and found this thread...

You don't have to wait for a fix or update.
Just change the content of array element "buttonAddUser" in "[Plesk-Installfolder]/admin/smb/application/resources/languages/de-DE/controllers/database/properties.php"
to something you prefer.

Kind regards,
Christian
