Question Personal FTP Repository not working

Hi Team,

One of our client want to set up personal FTP repository, but getting the error as when tried with enabling passive, if we don't enable passive mode, it keeps loading :

Error: FTP connection failed, please check your FTP settings. Repository error: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: Couldn't connect to server


Further i tried to access the server using FileZilla and am able to access it without any issue. Kindly guide me on the same.
