personal FTP repository Plesk 11.5.30 Windows

Hello,

A new problem with 11.5.30, happens that weekly I take a full backup thru ftp (build in ftp, personal repository)

After I upgraded to 11.5 from 11.09 that was pretty stable, all this problems are happening.

Now having the correct username/password/directory that worked on 11.09, on the latest 11.5.30 does not work and I get the following error:

Repository error: Transport error: unable to create directory: Curl error: Access denied to remote resource

Please be kind to help or solve the problem asap

Make sure that you have installed lattes microupdates. As far as I know this issue has been fixed in MU#9 or MU#10 in scope of thread http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?288485

hello, I have a strange Issue. I set my plesk to backup all data into my personal ftp server. The backup is instable but now is not important, and plesk make internal backup every day filling all the data space of the vps . Someone know why it continues to make internal copies although I requested to make copies only in ftp. What is wrong.

Hello,

According to thread http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?288485 this is a "known problem" and has been reported to developers.

I did the trick removing the trailing slash, home/virtual/
I also removed the final slash, home/virtual
I put back the trailing slash, /home/virtual
I put double slash, //home/virtual

none of this solutions worked, so I cannot backup using ftp

on 11.09 the backup was automatic.

Also mention that I have the latest microupdate # 17 back from Sept 27
