php.ini for Plesk phpMyAdmin

Hello,

I'm trying to increase the size limit for a file upload in phpMyAdmin.

I have changed a php.ini file that affects all sites but not phpMyAdmin.

Since I access phpMyAdmin from Plesk, I think it might need to configure another php.ini.

Where is it? What php.ini do I need to configure to make changes visible to phpMyAdmin?
